How to change the host name of computer in Server 2012 R2?

It is Simple, I am going to tell you about how to rename the name of computer in server by using (CMD) run it as administrator.
1.  if you want to find the hostname of your computer you must write there (cmd) hostname then hit the enter button on keyboard so that you see the result.
2.   if you want to rename your hostname of your computer you follow the following formula;
in here type the bellow structures:
 netdom renamecomputer %computername% /newname: / reboot
3. when you typed the above formula on cmd your computer will be reboot after much minutes,
so it is all. it is my first day and it is as practice.
